In November 2012, the Muttart Foundation, Success By 6 and Calgary UpStart hosted a series of 7 regional consultations to consider the design of a new provincial framework for early learning and care. The consultations explored how Alberta could more closely integrate its supports and services for children below the mandatory school and what the main elements of a possible framework would need to consider and include. The following report summarizes the stakeholder discussions from these 7 regional meetings.
