The Muttart Foundation Response to the Early Learning and Child Care Funding Formula Approach outlined in Discussion Papers Prepared by the Ministry of Children and Family Services, Government of Alberta

The Muttart Foundation prepared a submission in response to the Ministry of Children and Family Services request for input on the implementation of the Cost Control Framework and Proposed Funding Formula approach as part of the transformation of the early learning and child cares system in Alberta.

The Foundation’s submission draws on the large body of research that examines the most effective public funding strategies required to support the delivery of high-quality, affordable early learning and child care for young children and their families.
