The Muttart Foundation, Success By 6 and Calgary Upstart commissioned a series of discussion papers to generate stakeholder discussion on the key features and characteristics of a possible provincial framework for early learning and care in Alberta. These papers will form the basis for seven provincial stakeholder forums (fall 2012) to be held in Edmonton, Red Deer, Grande Prairie, Calgary, Lethbridge, Fort McMurray and Medicine Hat.
